Superhub Return Policy

At Superhub, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

- items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

-A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds and Exchanges:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Your Rights:

- This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
