Shipping Policy:

Most orders for products marked as ‘In stock’ on our website are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. We use NZ Post as our delivery partner to ensure fast and efficient shipping.

Delivery Details:

Most orders arrive the next business day after dispatch. Rural and some remote addresses can take a little longer. Please note that delivery times are an estimate and may vary depending on the shipping address, product availability, and other factors. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Rates:

Our standard shipping rate within New Zealand is $6.99 per order, or $9.99 for rural addresses. Please note that rates are subject to change, and any updates will be reflected on our website.

Pickup:

Free pickup is available from 176 Princes Street East, Ōtāhuhu, Auckland. Choose pickup at checkout and your order will usually be ready within 2 hours. This is a pickup point only, not a walk-in shop.

International Shipping:

At this time, SuperHub only ships within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping. However, we may expand our shipping options in the future. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase a product from our website, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.

Order Tracking:

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the delivery status of your package on the NZ Post website.
