All products marked as ‘In stock’ on our website are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse located in Auckland, New Zealand. We use NZ Post as our delivery partners to ensure fast and efficient shipping.

In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver orders within New Zealand in 2-4 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, product availability, and other factors. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Rates:

Our standard shipping rate within New Zealand is $6.99 per order except bigger products. Please note that this rate is subject to change, and any updates will be reflected on our website.

International Shipping:

At this time, SuperHub only ships within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping. However, we may expand our shipping options in the future.
