I bought this product HY300 Projector - Full-HD 1280x720P, 2.4G Wi-Fi, 4K Decoding and I love it. It has changed the way I used to think of having tv in my house. Easy to operate, can display on any wall. Very good UTube and Netflix app installed. This saves me a lot of expense on buying bulky and expensive television units. Price for the projector is affordable. Very good customer service and support.

Then yes, this is the one. I could go on for days about the advancements that this console posses as opposed to others that I have had an opportunity to come across, so that's why I gave it a 5 star rating and would definitely recommend it to anyone who would enjoy gaming as much as the next guy.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for delivery anywhere in New Zealand, or $9.99 for rural addresses.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with NZ Post and usually arrive the next business day. Rural and some remote addresses can take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is free. Choose pickup at checkout and your order will usually be ready within 2 hours from 176 Princes Street East, Ōtāhuhu, Auckland. Please note this is a pickup point only, not a walk-in shop.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

No, we currently deliver within New Zealand only.

Can I pay later?

Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I return an item?

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We don't offer direct exchanges, so please return the item for a refund and place a new order. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item is faulty or damaged in delivery?

Please email us at info@superhub.co.nz with your order number and photos or a video of the issue, and keep the original packaging. We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act always apply.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our tablets, projectors, M8 and M15 game sticks, Colmi smartwatches, and all Hoco and Vipfan products come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty. All products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. See our Warranty Policy for details.

Can I see a product before buying?

Yes. Call us on 09 259 4472 or email info@superhub.co.nz and we'll arrange a time for you to take a look.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@superhub.co.nz. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to change it, but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
